At Avee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can return or exchange your products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Danish consumer law.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging and labels must be intact.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at hello@avee.dk with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- We’ll reply with instructions on how to complete your return.
- Pack your items securely and send them back to the provided address.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return is due to an error on our part or defective merchandise.
